Where do the shields with the new mods drop?

Where do the shields with the new mods drop?
+30hp
20% -5 dmg taken
and do they drop in eternal skin?

The +30hp is not a new mod, it was here since the beginning. New mods are up to -5 dmg with 20% chances and +60hp hexed as far as i know.
They have a chance to drop everywhere so even with eternal skins.

And + health while in stance has been upgraded(finally) to 45 instead of 30.

funny i remember having 45(stance)way before the update on shields,like since the game was released,or did you buy a +30(stance) from someone who told you it was perfect?.

Dropped shields used to have a max of +30 in stance. Collector/green shields were +45 in stance. Now they fixed it so that +45 in stance shields will drop.
