As my title says i am buying a 15% always with -5 energy penality axe (max dmg), that must be either requirement 13 or 12 (so its much cheaper), i would prefer it to be a hand axe, but if you have another skin then let me know, and post a screenshot of it if possible. Leave igns please. Thank you.
