Ok im level 14 mo/w barely any skills i can buy some though...
Can anyone tell me how to kill him quick and easy?
Dont show me the stupid guide I looked doesnt help and search is disabled

go all out sword or hammer, with no heals or prots etc. He'll beat you up with his chaos axe, but as its an axe he cant use your sword skills so you might overpower him

A rather stupid friend of mine ascended with 2 skills as monk.
Prot Spirit, and Healing Breeze. Apparently the Doppel didnt used Healing Breeze and my friend wanded him to death.
After 7 minutes he emerged triumphant!

healing breeze still works. NPC's will only use it if they are suffering from degen.
I'd recommend trying:
healing breeze
frenzy
nothing else
Points split between healing and one of the warrior weapon lines (axe, sword, hammer), depending on whatever melee weapon you use (or can get ahold of).
Cast breeze right at the start and then engage him in melee. Do not use frenzy, it's for him to use, making him take double damage. Keep breeze up and swing away. He should drop fairly quickly.

Well still hasnt worked Im level 14 with LA armour

Go back to LA, and finish what you missed. Seriously, if you can't beat the dopple at level 14, spend some more time learning how to play. You'll even suck at the cookie cutter builds otherwise.

I beat my mirror as a Mo/W at level 16, and my friend did at level 12 using my tips. Only bring Healing Breeze and put a lot of points in Healing Prayers, but still a little in Divine Favor. Bring a smiting staff or wand or any long range caster weapon. Just attack him with your wand and he'll attack you with his bow. Whenever your health gets low, use Healing Breeze. Since the Doppleganger's health is going down so slow, he never uses Healing Breeze and you eventually kill him.

I just did it using retribution and healing breeze as a lvl15 mo/me. Put as much as you can into smiting and healing and let the doppleganger beat on you while you wand him to death. Cast healing breeze throughout. Took maybe a minute tops...
