Nah, it's not a rare skin. Hammers are pretty unpopular right now (I'm hoping Factions gives folks a reason to pick up a hammer again), and given that you've got a common skin, mid-range req, and forgetful upgrades, I'd say you're gonna be lucky to get more than a couple plat for it. 10K if you're really really lucky.
