Condition link suggestion

I think skills that cause conditions should link into the condition section directly to the explaintion of what the condition does. I would like it so that clicking on the condition does this but it would also be just as good to have a link at the bottom of the skill.

Good suggestion. We'll try to do this as we progressively update the skills listing during the next BWE.
