Is there a central bank in the game?

Brand new to the game, but not the genre. Just started last night and was wondering if there was a central bank characters could store stuff in? Thanks in advance.

There is your storage which is available at every town and outpost where you can store 1 million gold and 16? (not sure) slots for inventory. The storage is not initially available but after you play through the begining of the game you'll be able to get it.

I'm being intentionally vague about the beginning of the game to not spoil any of the story as you said you were to just starting.

There's 20 slots in storage for stuff. It costs 40 (?)g to open a storage account and it is not availiable in the early part of the game.

50 gold per character to open ur storage. no storage in pre-searing only in post searing.

And here I was think a central bank as in a bank that controls the rate of growth in the economy. -_- :P
