PC: Icy Mursaat Hammer (req10 dmg+15% stance)

Hi, I'm very bad valuating this kind of stuff, specialy as I know some people love the Mursaat Hammers, and this seems to be a good one, heres the pic:




So, how much you think this might worth??

And case I apply a 10/10 Sundering + 30HP upgrades, how much would i worth then??

Just to give you and idea, I had this hammer with a req of 9 and a perfect enchanting upgrade on it which I sold for 100k+6 ectos.

This one will go for a little less because of higher req, but I couldn't say how much. It all depends on the buyer.

Your best bet is not to upgrade it but sell the upgrades separately (or if you do not have them, do no bother buying them).

ok then, i won't buy the upgrades for upgrade it =P

but stil, I would apreciate if some one give me an idea on how much I could sell it for..., because sell cheap is one thing, sell in a way of rip off is other =P

so anyone got an idea on how much this could be sellable??, and stil re10 isn't that high, req11 or 12 would be high,but req10 isn't much I think
