I've heard people saying that short bow have faster atk speed than others and a long bow will have a longer atk range is that true ??? and does all bows have differences???

Swords, axes and hammers all have the same attack rate, the different bows however have different rates and ranges. Typically with bows, the shorter the range, the faster the rate.

Swords and axes have the same attack speed, hammers attack slower. I think what dargon meant to say is that there is no real classes within swords, axes, and hammers like there is in bows. A longsword attacks just as fast as a short sword, etc.

Swords and Axes has faster and if not mistaken same attack speed the hammer has a slower attack. Can't expect ya charcater to whack at someone with a hammer with the same atatck speed as a sword would charge adrealine way to fast .

^^^ That is correct. That's also why hammers have a higher damage per hit than swords and Axes.

My bad, what I mean't to say was, no matter what sword you have, they all attack at the same rate, the same for axes and for hammers. Swords may/may not attck faster than axes or hammers and the same goes for axes or hammers. Bows are the only class of weapon that has subclasses with different rates of fire and ranges.
