Latly I have been downloading files quite often when I switch districts or cities, even if I was just there a few minutes ago. It's kinda of strange. Say I go to Ascalon download a file, get in, 5 seconds after I get in I switch districts and I have to download some more files? As it's kind of anoying having to wait 5 minutes to download things when all I want to do is take something out of storage >.<
Does this happen to everyone? It's seemed to have only started recently as well.
Thanks!
What am I downloading?!

I don't know about you ppl but I am getting major lag sometimes with all this streaming.I was helping someone out at the RoF mission and got major lag in effect we failed the mission I lost complete control over my char. for 10 min untill I logged out. When I did log I noticed I was getting 60o to 700 KBS.That is way to much as when I play some other RTS game I usually download mods at 15 to 16 KBS.I was wondering if any of you are haveing the same problems.
