NOT connecting to ANET?

Ok my parents just installed a new "netgear" router with wireless capabilities for thier laptops but im connected directly to it and just since today since this has happend i cannot connect to ANET with my computer but i can with the laptops? the screen just comes up and shows the loading screen and it stays at 0%. BUT the weird thing is, i can go on internet and every other internet program besides guildwars. I have no idea what is wrong. Can any one help or tell me what is wrong. Thanks.

i see that it has wireless capabilities so i assume it is running wireless, you laptop is further from the router than any other pc, is it not?
