How do we report scamers?

Hello everyone, i was just wonder how it is that one is supposed to do with arena net when u get scamed. I was recently scamed my self, total idiot fell for it, felt like a scam from the begining, but still managed to convince my self to do the trade.

I know i need to have pics of the transaction and what not, and know the time it happened, which i do both. What next?
