you need droks armor.
take frenzy, (or anything else with long cast), and disrupting chop,
dont use frenzy, keep wacking him and disrupt his heal sig for some extra time.

Retribution on, spam the hell out of Reversal of Fortune, don't attack yourself. Make sure you take no other spells. He kills himself.

You are all (except Me NoFat) overthinking it. Frenzy alone will allow you to win this. Just don't use it. Strip everything else off your skill bar.

Yeah really, you can always bring a +damage skill too, that's energy based. Once that fool fires up Frenzy, you won't even have time to charge your adrenaline before he's dead. My best on him was 11 seconds. Dunno how much you have in attribute points at level 8, but you need to at least have your weapon attribute maxed, and hopefully enough Tactics or strength left over to use your shield.

Guys, just bring Heal Breeze... I know you have to buy it in Ascalon since you're not monk primaries, but the dumbass doesn't use it unless he has a degen on him. Just use it yourself, and bring frenzy. If I'm wrong, then I'll shut up, but in all my experiences he's never used it unless he had degen on.

hm. ok well i tried countless times (more like 15) and i couldnt do it...i figure with a level 9 it COULD be possible (since you have enough stats to put exactly 8 + 1(from hat) into swordsman ship. And even then, it would be hard to do it. For future notice, the two presear skills for sword work best along with frenzy.
on a side note i leveled to 12 before I ascended.

I tried to do the scroll thing mentioned earlier, I clicked it too late.
the funniest thing happened when i beat my dopple. I died..then i waited..then the dopple died from bleeding..so I had to go back to augury and start all over

a scroll will work but not on the 50k bonus xp jsut the 100 he gives regardless for the kill
