Since the req. is Blood, you might get 10k or off it, probably less since the mods are't perfect.

lol, i get alot of these from shadow staffs. i got an earth staff req tonight, that had 17% casting on blood magic spells :-P i dont think this is worth anything as a staff becuz of that, especially with high req. definitely at least salvage and go for the insightful mod, which sells around 10-15k right now.
