Hi all , i'd like to have a PC on this purple Dwarven axe

Cruel Dwarven axe of enchanting
Slashing dmg 6-28 (req11 axe mastery)
Lenghtens deep wound duration on foes by 33%
Enchantments last 12% longer

Well im no expert, but i would sell it to merchant...unless some people want it cos its dwarwen axe...but its highly doubtful.
Purple items dont go well anymore...
Besides, req11...thats a bit high...
You can also try to salvage it and get the cruel upgrade
