lengthens deep wound duration 33%
dmg +17% vs skeleton


stats high is there a market for the skeleton slaying mod
should i salvage hope for skeleton mod or just merch it

I agree, no damage mod + high requirement -> merchant. You can try to salvage for the cruel mod though.
