hmmm 15% below 50% is not perfect, perfect for below 50% is 20%<50%.

i have one perfect req 9 (i dont remember well flamberge maybe)
15 while enchanted 50k
and a long sword 14>50 and some allmost perfect mods

i have a perfect while health below falchion req 8 or 9 not sure about that.
+20<50% i can make it perfect with the upgrades or u can just make it a perfect one urself. thats cheaper for u.

I don't know if you're aware, but there is a collector that crafts the exact sword that you're looking for, minus the mods, of course. He crafts a req 9 +15% while enchanted Longsword. I believe he's right outside Dunes or one of the other mission areas.

I have a req 9, 15 while enchanted scim that I'll let go dirt cheap.
