WTB Rare Fiery Dragon Sword

I can not for the life of me find this sword. I am a Elementalist/Warrior and need to complete my outfit aesthetically. I am looking for a rare FDS requirement 8 or possibly 7 if one of you lucky ones would like to make A LOT of cash. The FDS must be equipped as follows 15-22 max damage, +15% damage while enchanted. Thanks guys.

i have a 14% always -10armor while attacking! other than that nothing... sry
