Basically are there xunlai storage agents in pre searing that are able to have items from other after the searing chars for your pre searing char?

Yeah, the Xunlai agents capitalized on the fact that so many people lost their homes duirng the searing and the Ascalonians no longer have any place to keep their stuff. Whereas before the searing, everyone kept thier stuff in the barn.
