55 build?( i need help)

I want to make a 55 monk but i don't know what amour or runes or wepons to use can any one help me out i really want to know so if you can help me that would be nice.

Search before you post? I know there probably 50+ threads about 55 monks

searching is actually not needed (and is rarely not disabled)
check the monk forum, there are quite a few titles that are exactly or nearly the same as yours...and some that say "55 monk guide"
