Just a simple question on usefulness

Which of the builds, for PvE, are the most beneficial to PUGs? I am not asking for a build, I know where to find them, but I have a primarily 55hp solo monk. I need to do some missions, namely ice caves up to thunderhead, and I am wondering which build is best suited for overall effectiveness in a pick up group?

Eh, that would not be mine, I used to use OoB but the 20% sacrafice kills now. I would switch it in for essence bond or channeling maybe. Besides that the build baz put is sufficent enough.

Instead of OOB you would need the National Grid!
