25k maybe a bit more.. and would just sell as is

Lol i would think 30~50k. If u look at all the posts some ppl even bid higher for this just because its a very popular skin and this one has a dmg mod....
Last i sold one without dmg mod (req 9) for 90K so this should be worth at least 30~50K

I've seen clean low req ones spammed all over the place for 15k and lower sometimes... and I wouldn't mod that one, don't think it's worth it
