Not perfect as +60 is max when hexed. Very nice req though.
I'd price it around 5-8k, a monk shouldn't be attacking too often though.

Mhh on second thought 2-4k....

agreed, i dont see you selling this though except to a collector of max gold req 7's or something... for like 3-5k
