I found this earlier today... it has the skin of an exctended air wand and I have never seen it be4 i was wondering if it was just me or is this a new item

I looked at the Collector Fire Staff next to Ice Caves of Sorrow and I dont think so. I think they're intent is to make the collectors staves different and actually a "collector" looking item.
