I dont realy know if the skin is new with the update . I know the req kills it , but never seen perfect "new skin fire stuff" before...

req 13 doesnt matter as munch because it's a fire staff.
don't know about a new skin, but because it's perfect, it should be around 150k

i wonder y so many perfect and near perfect items are being found for the new skins so fast...
theres been a couple of +15% shadowblades
and theres this 20/10 fire staff new skin
and theres also a 20water/19water water staff with new skin also.....

why is that so surprising at all? is it written somewhere that perfect or near perfect items can't drop until at least a month (or whatever period of time) has passed since they were introduced?

i'm under the impression those drops are completely random, so it shouldn't even be a surprise if they were found on the first day of the update.

Hmm i am very interested in this but if you dont meet the req do you not get the full +10 energy or do you just have a reduced "normal" attack

You do less damage, but you get the same amount of energy. That's why trappers use staves and not offhands...

yeah you still get full energy.... the 11-22 dmg is the only thing that changes..

actually with staffs if you dont meet the req you still get the full energy, you only not get full energy for offhand energy items if you dont meet req
