eh, I'd say more around ~50k + 1/2 the cost of the mods (for depreciation).

I used to agree with this statement, but no longer. Why? Well, for the simple reason of greed. If the seller spent the money on the mods, he/she will try to get back the same amount by selling the item. You can try to haggle with the seller, but you will find it hard to push down the price.

You can certainly say that the mods are worth 1/2 the price, but it really depends on whether the seller is willing to sell them at 1/2 the price.
