Alright, so here's the situation, we have these two...

Vampiric Eternal Bow of Enchanting
max piercing, req 9

Enchanting 15%

So here's the question... would puttinng the 5/-1 on the Eternal Bow make it worth more, or is it worth more on the Storm Bow.
Trying to figure out which is a "better" skin Eternal or Storm.
