Shame + Guilt

Hey, didnt know where else to post this so i will put it here.

Was looking through the skills on my mesmer just b4 and i realised that the description for Shame was the EXACT same for Guilt. Skill cost, recharge and cast speed are all the same aswell..

Was just wondering if it was just me or everyone..

Shame causes targeted support spells to fail;
Heals, buffs, and the like.

Guilt causes targeted offensive spells to fail;
Damaging spells, debuffs, and so on

Also note, spells that don't require a target aren't affected by shame/guilt. Examples would be Aegis, Order of the Vampire/Pain, Martyr, etc.

Shame costs 5 more as well...
And both are as slow as molasses to recharge.
