Maximum +increased attack speed?

hi, i currently use a +10% increased attack speed (IAS) wand and flurry to build up my adrenaline.

does my attack speed actually boost 43% or is there a cap?

I think they capped it at 133% IAS during the reign of iway.

There are no longer any difference betwen Nolani wand and normal wand in terms of max attack speed.

Eh? it says +10% or +15% (can't remember) attack speed doesn't it? so it lies? Or do you mean they changed the collector so you can't get a faster one anymore?

Has this been tested at all? If so then its another useless mod...

Anyway, "MAX" Attack speed is with IAS + whatever and so on.

The nolani wand is +10% attack speed, with IAS buff, max is still 33%

Yes, there is still a difference between the Nolani wand and a normal one- unless you're constantly frenzied. Then the difference would not be noticeable, because max attack speed is 133% of regular, even though the Nolani wand has a base +10% attackspeed buff.
