It's good because it has 10% skill recharge unlike other axes and swords, and you can still put an enchantment mod on it.

There is no enchantment last longer mod on a wand. This is the reason that HoD sword and the 15% Flame spitter go for so much. It's because that you can add a 20% enchanting mod on it and use it like a pseudo wand.

Unless the mod on it is 15%, you can get the FFS for 3 scorched loadstones from a collector. The price is the cost of the loadstones and the trip to the collector, however much that costs to you.
