This is by no means the main concern of GW, but... In towns n' all (They're lack luster as is, but that seems to be fixed in Factions) I find it kind of odd that the Henchman are always standing in a single file, sure they're ment to be convient, but based of quests they do seem to have personality.
My suggestion is, to have an "Inn" building in every city, it would have no purpose for your character but thats where the Henchies would be. There'd be a Bar Tender (Merchant) who would sell Ale etc etc.. Sake or what ever is in Factions. The henchies would be spread through out the Inn, some sitting at tables, a few sitting at a bar, some in the second floor in a room. Sure it'd be a bit longer to get them, but it'd add some life to the game, and for the new players stuff like this counts.
On that mark I'd like to see a few Henchies added:
-Beast Master (Or give Ranger Henchie a pet)
-Crusher (Hammer)
-Aeromancer (Spiker)
I have no intention of seeing every attribute turned into a henchie, but it seems these would be effective in a party. Considering Beast Mastery has gotten a buff, Its always good to have a KD, and Spikers would provide major relief against big bosses.
Henchman Suggestions (Not about AI)

Henchies are just there to help you when you can't get aid from other players. The actual Guild Wars purpose wasn't being the best player, having the "leetest" items or being the richest, it was working together as a team and making friends. Adding even more hench to the game will just encourage the players to go solo farming. We wouldn't want this game to become introvert, would we?

Well how about the Henchmen wear the cape of the Group leader?

I've got nothing against that, but isn't that discrimination towards the other players in the group (if there are any)?

yes i suppose it is in a way, maybe just for GvG battles if you need hench, maybe in your guild hall they can wear your cape, and be called Example:
Rangers of the North Healer Hench
Rangers of the North Fighter Hench
Rangers of the North Healer Hench
Rangers of the North Fighter Hench
