PC on req. 8 Shadowblade

Can someone please give me an estimate on a this shadowblade:

Slashing damage 11-22 (req. 8 swrdsmanship)
Damage 13% (while health is above 50%)
Unidentified


I know it's damage 13% because i ran a couple tests on it thoroughly.
Your input will be greatly appreciated.

how come you know its 13%>50 if its unidentified?

I have several other swords 12-15% (while health is above 50%, while in stance, while enchanted). My energy didnt decrease while equiping it nor did i take extra damage from attacks so i know its not 13% always.

Can i get an estimate based on the 13^50 alone?

i dont like testers. ident it and ill make a PC.

if you know what it is ... id it ... might have good mods ... stop trying to screw the system
