PC on Shield Of The Wing recieved dmg -4

Is this worth anything?

Chance isn't that high and req is 10, but i have never dropped a -4 shield so, thought it could be worth something perhaps.

merchant, the max is now -5dmg chance 20%, so u will get alot of purples with -4dmg now, they arent worth much if anything, i sold about 50 the merch by now lol
