Replace droppers with henchmen

Simple one this, and I think most people will agree. Give team leaders to replace teammates that drop mid-mission with a henchman of their choice, or of the dropper's primary profession. This would be particularly good for dealing with monks that drop.

Good idea...

I'm stuck on Abadons Mouth with my Ranger and Ring of Fire with my warrioir...simply because of droppers...

With a hench you r screwed anyway, but yes this is still a good idea!

Hmm I havent had much problems with Leavers, but this isn't a bad Idea.

Well it's mainly for monks. Its a problem if you only take 1 monkl and they drop, as then you pretty much may as well leave without a primary healer/rezzer. If you're close to the end of a mission then it would help a great deal.
