I got the preorder of factions (from BestBuy). What does this give me? It doesnt say anything inside about getting a discount of the game when it comes out. There is a code to play Factions 24 hours before anyone else does but is this the code to download the full version of the Factions game or what? The preorder cost $10 so am wondering what exactly I got for $10. Did anyone else get this that can share some light? Thanks

I don't think it's going to give you any discount unless Bestbuy decides to do so. Fro preorder, you get that code that gives you 24hour earlier access to the game. Two preorder items, one for each character. A code for March 24th event. check guildwars.com for a detailed list of what you can have for preorder.

You do not get a discount on the final release. The $10 you paid is a down-payment on the final release. So, if the final release costs $50, you will need to pay the remaining $40 when it comes out. If you apply the code to your current GW account you can load the bonus preorder items right now into any character to check them out. Just type /preorder in the chat box.

I bought my pre-orders from Best Buy as well. Hang onto your receipt and take it in to get the $10 applied to the retail version.

As did I. Yes, don't lose that receipt.
