Pc on a couple of gold axe's

Can someone please give me a price check on these two?

Icy Spiked Axe or Warding
Cold Damage 6-28 (req 10 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while health below 50%)
Armor + 6 (vs elemental)

and

Icy Spiked axe of Axe Mastery
Cold Damage 6-28 (req 11 Axe Mastery)
Damage + 12% (in stance)
Axe master +1 (20% chance while using Skills)
