I've seen better perfect weapons but it has to be worth something.
To bad it's also earth and not fire.

Well it has a 10% fast cast..no where near perfect though. I wouldn't sweat this staff at all. Too hard to find earth mages, but if this is the new skin, you might get a few plat for it.
