on your mapin GW, there is a ship click on it and it will take you there.

use the ship on your GW map to travel to Battle Isles... once there zone into the Isle of the Nameless and talk to the Guide to get "The Nameless Masters" quest... complete that to get "The Team Trials" quest... completing this will take you to Zaishen Challenge
