Vellum -- Where do I craft it?

Hey all,

I have alot of parchment and ink that I made so I could craft vellum, the problem is I don't know where the crafter is for it.

Anyone know?

Artisans will craft 1 Roll of Vellum for 5 Wood Planks, 5 Piles of Glittering Dust and 20 gold.

Artisan Orpah - Tangleroot
Crafter Magnor - Talus Chute
Crafter Hagrem - Mineral Springs
Nido Shabra - Arid Sea.

My favorite is the one outside of Magumma Stade (Or Henge) as it is pretty easy to get to and very hassle free.

Others swar by the one in Talus Chute. And as shown above you can't make vellum from ink and parchement. It is wood and dust.

Once upon a time I was crafting vellum and got gipped by the Talus Chute dude. I entered the amount of vellum I wanted but didnt get that amount in return.

And yes, I double check the amount of reagents that I had. In fact, I did it a second time and it happened again! Glad I am done with my 15k tats.

I'm not going to be using it for armor, it's going to be used for merchanting..
