Any Wither/Malaise builds out there?

I've been working on making a build with either N/Me or Me/N that focuses on energy denial and some anti-melee skills from curses. Does anyone have a good build out there that can spread Wither and Malaise quickly around the enemy to stagnate energy regen? Thanks!

Tried this a while back and it seemed to work fairly well:

Malaise

Wastrel's Worry
Faintheartedness
Mind Wrack
Res

Pick a target and stick Soul Barbs on then start layering the hexes. Mind Wrack if they try focus switching to shrug off the wither & malaise.

Soul Barbs-Wastrel's is great spam damage, and faintheartedness along with one of the e-denial skills is nice for keeping rangers off your back

I do not have any Malaise based build but heres one build that includes Wither:

16 Blood Magic (Maxed Blood with Scar and Sup Blood)
10 Death Magic (9+1 Minor)
10 Soul Reaping (9+1 Minor)

Blood Renewal
Dark Aura
Touch of Agony
Dark Pact
Plague Touch
Life Siphon
Wither {E}
Res Sig

This build works with other nec with same skills with replace Wither to Soul Leech, this is PvP build but why not work in PvE too?
Both use Blood Renewal for hp and then just spiking enemy target's ass off.
If hes nasty Plague Touch guy, cast back Conditions etc.

I have try this 1, and it have been good build
