Could someone please tell me what these are worth?

ebon chaos axe of defense:
earth dmg 6-28
req 9
dmg 15% enchanted
armour +5

ebon shadow bow of warding:
earth dmg 15-28
req 8
dmg 14% stance
armour +6 vs elem

ebon shadow bow of fortitude:
earth dmg 15-28
req 13
dmg +14% health above 50
health +26

could anyone tell me if it would be worth it to add another perfect mod to the axe before selling it (assuming i would have to buy the mod first)?

not usually worth adding mods... most of the time you don't make that money back, try to sell as is
