Only problem the only person willing to buy those items are merchants. Its not worth the time and energy to find buyers (aka noobs) for nonmax items. Better spent farming for more stuff.

Except noobs won't pay that much more than a merchant for it to be worth the time.

Non-perfect mdos like 14%>50% are passeable, yours are just not even close to useable.

when you ask for a price check on a forum, you're asking for ppl's opinions and as such, you're going to hear some that you agree with, and some that you don't. that's just the way it is. it's up to you to take them on board and make your own judgments.

if the majority of responses indicate that your items are not worth your time trying to sell, chances are they're not. while the delivery from some may be less polished, the message is still the same. of course, you can still try to sell them, that's your choice to make. perhaps some things can only be learnt through experience.

you can check the sticky for weapon mods as a guide to their value and hence have a pretty good idea of which is the better mod to salvage when someone says "salvage". these are tools that you can use to help increase your knowledge of the game so that you don't remain helplessly spoonfed throughout your guild wars experience.

The weapons that are not max damage are worth nothing. The ones that do have really, really bad inherent mods.

It's just how it is.
