Guild wars was unable to complete this operation.

I can login to my account, but when I try to log into my characters this code pops up. Anyone else getting this?

Same here... was in ToA, went out of the door, took screenies and tried to get back: Error 40.

Tried other characters, same result.

No network new so far.
