oh.. thats a bumer i thought that -5 energy items where all the rage. and i figured the added bonus of +4 Universal armor(not just physical) would help too... but o well

The glory of the -5 is that you DONT want to meet the requirement for it, to give you negative total energy. Prot is a fairly common one, so unless it's a nice looking skin it's pretty worthless.

The CoA quest reward gives 5 armor AND 25hp, so what you have isn't terribly special
