I would say 15 million. the 15>50 one had an offer of 20 million which to my knowledge was unbeaten. -5 energy is less desirable but still a nice dmg mod.

my advice on this is sell it for everything you can get. Because once Factions comes out, it's likely this will be obsolete, outdated, or the flavor of last month.

IMO 13-17 mil, its req 9 not 8. Req 8 has something that makes people horny and dish out crazy cash. Possibly someone could go for more, but i dont know if anyone is really willing, since many people want the FoTM axes, and are waiting for CH2.
