I was playing in PvP mode and chose a pre-made character called the: DW Healer, it's stats and skills are as follows:
--------------------
Healing - 12
Divine Favor -12
Protecton - 3
--
Orison of Healing
Word of Healing
Healing Touch
Healing Seed
Mend Ailment
Smite Hex
Vengeance
Restore Life
--------------------

So I played this build and it is very powerful. But I have one question.

What is the purpose in the secondary class being an elementalist? I see no use of elementalist skills and to recieve "Energy Storage" you have to be a primary elementalist.

Does anyone know?

Its not using anything from the secondary job. The only reason its Elementalist is because you have to pick something. If you were planning on making a PVE character based on this build, you could use whatever you want as a secondary.

I hate that build. Why have Vengeance and Restore Life on one monk when bring even one rez is questionable.

I have a monk/elementalist lvl 20 ascended, and imo the good point of elementalist is glyph of lesser energy, cast that then heal party in an 8 person party is very very efficient healing particularly with 14+ healing prayers and 12+ divine favor. That's over 900 points of health healed with 5 energy.

I would get rid of vengence from this build and just use signet and restore life. Sometimes using glyph of sacrifice to get an instant restore life can be pretty good in the small arenas. I'd also get rid of healing seed and go for healing breeze. The reason is that you can't use healing seed on yourself, and has a long recharge time.
