Need a PC on a Tall Shield

Was out farming Hydras and lo and behold one drops a Gold Tall Shield.
I ID it and the stats are:
Armor 16 (req 9 tactics)
+58 Health (while hexed)

That's it! I've never seen one with that high HP.

What do you think it would go for?

I see now there is a collectors shield.
+60 HP (while hexed)
-3 Dmg (while hexed)
Looks like more rersearch is in store.
