PC: Craziest flame artifact i have ever seen

My guildie wanted a pc on this.. its the nuttiest blue i have ever seen.. im assuming its a collector.. but she said its over 6 months old.. so the collector may not be in the game anymore.. please pc as fast as possible

The collector is still there. Plus, you can get a max energy version at the Droks weapon crafter anyway for like 5k + materials. So this is pretty much worthless.
