Price Check on scrolls

Could someone tell me the current prices of a scroll of Rampager's insight and a Scroll of Hunter's insight? thanks in advance,

go to the rare scroll trader and find out

where would i find him/her? or is it not an NPC? sorry, i'm still a bit disoriented, cause i just got back into GW (haven't played in like two months lol) and even then i haven't been playing for too long (just turned lvl 8 yesterday). My guild leader was nice enough to give me a bunch of rare items to sell including those two. Unfortunatey he couldn't give me an exact price, he just said they tend to rise and fall.

k thanks ^_^ i might have to wait a bit though, the time gap is pretty large beween me and the leader (the guild's mostly american) but yeah, it'll be worth the wait ^_^

There's an NPC in Lion's Arch. These usually go for 500-1000g, I believe.
