I used the search tool to see if there was a listing of the rare skin weapons/shields/focus' in the game but was not able to find one. I would like to know what weapons are considered a rare skin, (i.e. Crystalline, Dwarven Axe...). If there is a post about this, can you please post that here.

I consider rare skinned items an item with the same name but different picture of the majority of items with that name. This is excluding quest items and only applies to drops. Crystalline and Dwarven are just plain rare items.

so far the rarest skinned items I've found are that mummified claw/hand necro offhand and that mesmer offhand wood circle with the string...I've never even seen a ss of either with a rare roll though I've head claims of crappy golds with that skin
find one with perfect mods and I bet you could outprice a crystaline sword...

Man I'd like to narrow down where in the South Shivers and what exactly drops that Summit Warlord Shield, so I can farm myself a good one and dye it black.

can't you find a lot of rare skinned items in sorrows furnace. I mean i have been going there for the past 2 weeks and found no green items witch is kind of frustrating but yah i think that is where you can find a lot of them.

I found one. Right outside 'Granite Citadel', where you would normally exit for IDS runs. I farmed the Summit guys there until it dropped one. Sadly, it was white, but max AL. Even sadder, this shield cannot be dyed, nor can the Summit Shield (round looking one).
