What Are The Chances of Salvaging a +30 hp Hale Head

What Are The Chances of Salvaging a +30 hp Hale Head if there is also another mod like +5 armor on a staff? I did this with both rare staffs once I got the +5 armor the other time just a pile of wood.

Im pretty sure that you have a chance of salvaging something based on how many possible outcomes for the salvage there are. At least I think it is even.

before runes were guaranteed i found my one and only superior vigor rune.

i got the biggest pile of material from it.........

In my experience the prefix(first mod, the head in this case) is usualy salvaged more often than the suffix(wrapping in this case).

use sup salvage kit to lower chances to get wood.... I have some tactic!! last on the list will came.... but it dosent works so dont listen to me

Sounds about right. I've got an Icy axe of axe mastery (20%) and dread the idea of salvaging it, I know what I will get. So I just use it instead for now until I can afford to take the risk
